Developmental Check:
I am a qualified physiotherapist from University of South Australia.
During my study, I enjoyed learning about the human body, how the system works inside it, and how we can support or make a change in the system to work effectively and efficiently. In addition, I have experience working in the community/NDIS/aged care, where I have explored my skills and knowledge to support people to live their quality of life.
I feel privileged to be a part of the team at North East Family Practice. I am very enthusiastic about accomplishing a task on time and feel more satisfied when the goals have been completed within the time frame. I am very proactive and passionate about achieving goals and positive outcome for the patient by using a wide range of manual therapy techniques, exercise-based rehabilitation, taping, dry needling and cupping etc. I am also qualified as level- 1 pelvic health physiotherapist and have experience in treating pre-post-natal and urinary/stress incontinence patients.
I have grown up overseas and moved to Australia in 2008 as an international student. Moving into a new country on my own was the biggest challenge for me. Indeed, I survived and became an Australian citizen. I am a mum of two beautiful children and a partner to a very supportive husband.
In my spare time, I like to go out with my family & friends, watch a favourite show and go out for early morning walks. I especially enjoy my cup of tea during sunrise and when my kids are still in bed.
My key message is ‘Try is the key to success, so never give up!’.
